Submitting a Suggestion Regarding the Ministry’s Services

This service allows for the follow-up of suggestions received through the electronic system and coordination with relevant departments regarding their evaluation and response within the approved timeframes.
The process
- Access the MoF website or MoF app, and select the service from the services list.
- Log in using your digital ID (UAE Pass) to an external site, Tawasul 171.
- Select suggestions from the menu.
- Fill in the mandatory data and fields.
- Submit the request.
Conditions of use
Suggestions must be submitted through the approved channels: UAE Suggestions Portal Platform / Suggestion System.
