About this service
The service receives customer inquiries related to the services of the Ministry of Finance, and responds to them through generative artificial intelligence. If the response is not fully completed, a ticket will be automatically opened based on the conversation with the customer to respond to the query submitted.
The process
MoF Website/ MoF App:
- Access the MoF website or MoF app.
- Log in using your digital ID (UAE Pass) and select the service from the list of services.
- Enter your inquiry.
- The inquiry will be answered using generative AI.
- If the response is not satisfactory, a ticket will be automatically opened by the digital system based on the conversation with the customer, and the customer will be contacted again to answer their submitted inquiry.
