About this service
This service allows for the review of requests from federal entities related to creating and dissolving senior vacancies within the entities’ personnel budget, which has a direct impact on the entities’ organisational structure, while granting the entities flexibility to work on creating and dissolving other positions within the budget and according to what the interest of the work requires, taking into account compliance with the approved budget and without creating any further financial obligations.
The process
- Access the Ministry of Finance website and select the “Create or Remove New Hires Requests” from the service list.
- Log in to the MAS Automated Budget Preparation System using your username and password.
- Complete the mandatory fields in the system, with the option to attach supporting documents.
- Submit the request.
