Processing of Requests from Federal Entities Regarding Federal Properties
About this service
This service enables the processing of requests received from federal entities regarding federal real estate properties, including the retrieval of federal lands granted by local governments, as well as the utilization and exploitation of federal properties.
The process
- Submit the request through MOF website, along with all the supporting documents
- MOF will review the submitted request
- The required procedure will be processed according to the federal entity request
- The federal entity will be notified of the status of the submitted request
Conditions of use
The federal entities must provide the Ministry of Finance with official documents and related data to the request submitted regarding federal properties, including:
Retrieval of federal lands granted by local governments:
- Correspondences between the federal entity and the local government that shows the purpose of retrieval and the details about compensation for the retrieved land/building
- Official supporting documents of the land to be retrieved and the alternative land
- A no-objection statement/letter to hand over the property against the specified compensation
- Report of the structural condition of the building to be retrieved (as applicable)
- Certificate of clearance for all public service dues on the land/ building
Utilisation and exploitation of federal properties:
- Official supporting documents of the land/building
- Determine the type of property to be utilised/ exploited and the nature of that property
- Determine the party that will utilise/ exploit the federal properties
- Specify the utilisation purpose
- Indicate the party that will bear the operating costs of utilising the federal property
