Digital Procurement Platform
Connecting Federal Entities with Suppliers
It is a digital electronic platform that facilitates procurement processes at the federal entity level. It contributes to connecting all federal entities with suppliers registered with the Ministry of Finance, enabling all parties to carry out the entire procurement cycle electronically — from announcing tenders and practices, submitting bids, and tracking tender progress and awarding, to generating procurement-related reports and data, as well as evaluating supplier performance.
Since its launch in 2021, the platform has played a key role in enhancing the efficiency of government spending, reinforcing transparency in federal financial transactions, and strengthening digital control over the government procurement system. It has also reduced the time and effort required from suppliers, in support of the national “Zero Bureaucracy” program, by enabling them to submit bids, receive purchase orders, upload invoices, complete payment processes, and sign contracts electronically using the UAE PASS digital identity.
Additionally, the platform has facilitated direct electronic contract signing within the system itself, eliminating the need to exchange paper-based contracts between suppliers and government entities for approvals and signatures.
