Refund of revenues due to customers
The customer raise refund request to refund the fees paid by mistake to the Ministry of Finance, attaching by all required documents to confirm the eligibility of refund. All refund requests will be reviewed electronically by the financial department of the Ministry of Finance and will be checked and approved by the financial controller of the Ministry of Finance. The due amount will then be transferred to the customer's bank account in 5 working days. The customer can check the refund request through system, by referring to “Manage Dispute”.
