Exemption request from all or some of the debts and dues outstanding and payable to the State’s Treasury
Exemption requests are submitted to the ministry from the requesting federal authorities to the Public Revenue Department for study, analysis, comparison and opinion. Following this, requests are submitted to the Minister of Finance if the exemption amount is less than 50,000 dirhams, and if it exceeds that, the Ministry’s recommendations is attached with the memorandum that the ministry will be Submitting it to the cabinet for approval or rejection.
