Requirements to get the service
- the company should be duly registered in the UAE, subject to the provisions of Federal Law No (2) of 2015 on commercial companies and amendments thereto, or any legislation that substitutes the same.
- In the case of a branch of a foreign company registered in a UAE free zone, the company may be registered provided that it also has a branch duly registered in the UAE outside the free zones.
- The applicant should hold a license for practicing business in the UAE.
- · The applicant should not be prohibited by any federal entity from participating in tenders and bids issued by ministries and federal entities.

- · Federal entities and organizations are exempt from the payment of registration fees and the purchase of tender documents.
- SMEs that are 100% owned by citizens are exempt from the Supplier Register fees for the first two years from the date of the establishment.
