This service deals with responding to any complaints submitted by citizens (individuals, companies, private sector, ministries, authorities and local entities) of GCC countries relating to economic integration; especially regarding the Gulf common market and GCC Customs Union. These complaints shall be discussed with the relevant entity in accordance with laws and regulations in the concerned country and its obligations towards Gulf Economic Integration.

A letter should be submitted by the complainant company or institution informing the content of the complaint. This should be signed, stamped with the telephone and fax number of the company or institution, and the name of the person that we can communicate with, directly and rapidly.
A copy of the trade license.
A copy of the customs declaration issued by the local customs of the UAE.
A copy of the merchandise bill.
A copy of the certificate of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce concerning the goods.
A copy of customs declaration, which had been prepared in the country of destination (import).
A copy of any supporting documents, such as a record of evidence, or a resolution of the customs committee or appeals committee (if any).
A letter should be submitted from the factory informing the content of the complaint. This should be signed and stamped with the telephone and fax number of the factory, and the name of the person that we can communicate with, directly and rapidly.
A copy of the industrial production license issued by the Ministry of Economy.
A copy of the customs declaration that is issued by the local customs of the UAE.
A copy of the certificate of origin issued by the Ministry of Economy, concerning the goods in dispute.
A copy of customs declaration, which had been prepared in the country of destination (import)
