Requirements to get the service

Paid the government service wrongly (duplicate or exceed payment).
Failure to get the service for reason related to service owner from concerned entity.
Fulfillment requirements required by entity owns the service.
The customer should be resident in the United Arab Emirates.
The IBAN number for customers should be inside United Arab Emirates.
