Human Resources Department
The Ministry’s Human Resources Department undertakes all the human resources roles required in a leading ministry, such as training and recruitment.
This department is in charge of the following tasks and competencies:
Planning, developing, emiratising and training human resources within the framework of approved policies and federal strategic planning for human resources according to the needs of the ministry's departments and organisational units.
Implementing human resources procedures in accordance with human resources policies and the human resources law.
Providing advice on human resources when needed, and participating in preparing the ministry's Strategic Plan.
Any other competencies related to the work of the department, or entrusted to it by the Assistant Under Secretary of Support Services Sector.
