The Ministry of Finance (MoF) communicates with internal and external customers (individuals - nationals, residents and visitors) through several channels, namely: the MoF website, smart app, live chat, feedback and suggestion gateway, opinion polls, scale of ha ppiness and various social media channels. There are three special services in this regard related to suggestions, complaints and inquiries.
