A Consolidate Financial Procedures Manual e-book guide had been issued for the first time for year 2012 Federal Government. Policies and Accounting Standards Department at MoF decided converting procedure manual paper book to an e-book to keep pace with progress and institutional development, and to establish as well the principle of switching to an automated and electronic system for simplifying work procedures.
