What is the system of complaints:

Through the complaints system mail that you can make any complaint you have relating to any services or procedures related to the Ministry of Finance.

What is a complaint?

A complaint is any problem faced or may face through your dealings with us, or in any of our services and would like to send it to us.

Objectives of the suggestions and complaints

  • The nature of the complaints:
  • Handling staff are not appropriate with dealers.
  • Default or failure to provide the required service without adequate justification or reasonable grounds.
  • Ministry to take an arbitrary and unjustifiable conduct against the client.
  • There was undue delay in making a particular decision or determination of the client.
  • The existence of undue delay in providing the requested service.
  • There are errors in the application of regulations and decisions on Bmtaaml or group of dealers.
