Customer Service Center, an integrated center that was created due to the keenness of the Ministry of Finance to provide the best services and facilities to its customers under the concept of "completion of the transactions under one roof", which includes the following services:
Services:
1 - e-Dirham:
- Issuance of Government Client Card.
- Issuance of a replacement card to the client government.
- Transfer credit from card to card.
- Transfer credit from card to card through a government agent.
2 - Certificates of tax domicile:
- Issue a certificate of tax domicile of individuals.
- Issue a certificate of tax domicile of the institutions.
3 - Certificate of Value-added:
- Issuance of the certificate value-added tax for individuals.
- Issuance of the certificate value-added tax of enterprises.
4 - The Suppliers:
- Date record new suppliers / renew.
- The Center aims to improve the quality of service offered to customers through:
- Speed - Accuracy - Flexibility - Effectiveness.
