In 2000, the launch of Emirates Real Estate Corporation under the Federal Law No. (7) for the year in 2000, with a capital of AED 500 million to provide a work environment that is ideal for ministries and government bodies through the establishment and the provision of buildings with the availability of specifications and quality standards, thus contributing to raising the efficiency and productivity of those actors

Terms of Reference and Power

1. Own movable and immovable property, necessary to achieve its purposes or lease and dispose of all aspects of legal actions.
2. Property Management-owned institutions, and to carry out all the work required by this management, including regular maintenance of these properties.
3. Carry out all maintenance work for all other government buildings, in the case of those actors.
4. Design and implementation of government buildings, and equipment for the purpose of renting to the ministries and institutions, federal agencies within the State or outside.
5. Direct all work necessary to achieve the purposes of the funds and invest in appropriate areas in accordance with the regulations of the institution.
6. Direct the work and activities entrusted to the Foundation pursuant to the decision of the Council of Ministers.
7. The Corporation may issue bonds to finance all aspects of its activities, and to provide the assurances that the Board considers, and may make use of it to achieve its objectives set forth in this article.
8. They may also contract in a manner Altagir funding to implement projects that fall within the jurisdiction.
