Responsibilities: A - Strategic Planning
Description:
- Set a specific methodology for the development of making strategic and operational plans and policies,implementation of priorities and a mechanism to measure in the Ministry.
- Prepare and develop strategic and operational plans and programs of the Ministry and assess the results of their application.
Responsibilities: B - Follow-up of performance and the development of appraisal
Description:
- Achieve compatibility between the plans and programs of work in the ministry, quality standards of programs and excellence of the government.
- Coordination to develop plans in order to enhance the performance of the ministry in accordance with the results of the evaluation of performance.
- Design benchmarks and submission reports of performance to all organizational units of the Ministry and other authorities.
