Responsibilities: A -  Strategic Planning

Description:

1. Set a specific methodology for the development of making strategic and operational plans and policies,implementation of priorities and a mechanism to measure in the Ministry.
2. Prepare and develop strategic and operational plans and programs of the Ministry and assess the results of their application.

Responsibilities: B -  Follow-up of performance and the development of appraisal

Description:

1. Achieve compatibility between the plans and programs of work in the ministry, quality standards of programs and excellence of the government.
2. Coordination to develop plans in order to enhance the performance of the ministry in accordance with the results of the evaluation of performance.
3. Design benchmarks and submission reports of performance to all organizational units of the Ministry and other authorities.
