Responsibilities of the offices that follow-up Ministry's leadership

Main task a :Verification of the commitment of organizational units with systems, financial and administrative regulations

Unit responsible: Internal Audit Office

Description:

  1. Follow the principles, norms and standards recognized legally, financially and administratively in the work of internal audit.
  2. Verification of the commitment of departments to implement all systems, financial and administrative regulations.
  3. To provide a comprehensive report to the Minister on the results of the financial and administrative audit of the Ministry and raising suggestions and appropriate recommendations.

Main task b - Administrative support, coordination and follow-up of all matters relating to the Minister's office

Unit responsible: Minister’s Office

Description:

  1. Ensure the provision of information, to do public relations activities and protocols for the Minister, to prepare for all meetings, visits and follow-ups.
  2. Organizing official communications and correspondence with the various actors.
  3. To do various secretarial work and to ensure the preparation and printing of the correspondence and reports of the Minister.

Main task c: Technical Support Specialist

Officer / Unit: Minister's Consultant.

Description:

  1.  Study of specialized subjects, analysis and providing feedback.

Main tasks: d - Administrative support, coordination and follow-up to all matters related to the General Director.

Officer / Unit: Under Secretary Office

Description:

  1. Preparation for all meetings for the Under Secretary.
  2. Organizing official communications and correspondence with the various actors.
  3. To do various secretarial work of the office.
