Tasks: Legal Services

Description:

1. Preparing studies, and draft laws, decisions, contracts and regulations of the Ministry for taking a preliminary step to the competent authority.
2. Preparation of judicial proceedings and coordination with the competent authorities.
3. Examine the complaints and grievances, and conducting investigations for issues which are referred to the Department.
4. Prepare and review drafts of contracts.
