1. Applying quality systems and models and the requirements of development the institutional performance and government excellence, which promotes a culture of excellence and distinguished service to traders.
2. Development the evidence and the regulations and work procedures and re-engineering it and preparation various studies for development of work in accordance with the results of performance measurement.
3. Applying standards and techniques for the development the government services according to the strategies and adopted projects.
