Responsibilities: Preparation and issuance of the Federal Government's budget in a manner balanced to provide a suitable environment for sustainable development of the state and the optimal use of capital.

Description:

1. Set rules to prepare the general budget for economic indicators of income and expenses.
2. Examine and analyze the prepared budget from all points of the Federal Government.
3. Coordination with all Federal stakeholders on the draft budget, including funds in accordance with the programs, objectives and performance indicators.
4. Preparing the annual general budget law and the submission to the competent authorities and follow up the release and to inform all government agencies for its implementation.
5. Preparation and publication of annual statistical volume for the general budget of the Union.
6. Study and preparation of recommendations to maintain the balance of the general budget of the Union.
7. Examine the draft laws and decisions for a financial impact on the general budget of the Union
